China leads the world in a few things… digital ad spending is on top of that list. While the communists continue to control the content, it seems that the public can’t stop accessing it. This is very interesting, especially after a new law went into effect that prohibits, NON CHINESE companies from posting information on the internet… which is said to be a non-enforced law.
